Standard Rental Agreement

Rental Period: 30 Days  (rental starts the date of UPS delivery)

Application of Rental Charge towards Purchase: The full rental charge will be applied towards the purchase if the decision to purchase is made within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Handling Charges: Customer is responsible for handling charges for shipping BOTH ways. Insurance is recommended on returns. The customer is responsible for lost or damaged items.

Customer Responsibilities: It is the responsibility of the customer to return items at the conclusion of the rental period in like-new condition. Items not returned within this time period in like-new condition will be invoiced as purchases. All rental items must be returned in original packaging, including all documentation, manuals and hardware or they will be invoiced as purchases. Rental fees are not refundable in the event that an item is returned prior to the close of the rental period.

Returns

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Returns are accepted during the first 30 days only. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by phone prior to returning items. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. You will not receive any credit or refund if you fail to first obtain an RMA. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
